ActiveJet as the winner of the CONSUMER QUALITY LEADER 2014 programme

The ActiveJet brand has once again won the gold emblem in the prestigious CONSUMERS QUALITY LEADER project. In addition, it has been recognised as the best company in the category of "Imaging supplies for printers", ahead of such well-known manufacturers of original materials as HP or Brother.

ActiveJet has been awarded the honourable first place, thus winning with all the brands available on the market. ActiveJet products proved better than the original ones due to the high quality, better performance and large capacity of the inks and toners offered by the brand.

The primary goal of the surveys carried out as a part of the consumer programme is to select the Quality Leaders in services and products. The information gathered are also an indication of the degree of their recognisability.

According to the respondents taking part in this year’s survey, ActiveJet offers both the highest quality articles and high availability at prices convenient for the customer.

"For us, it is a great success that we are a step ahead of the competition. We are honoured that our products have been rated so highly. Customer satisfaction translates into ours, and this award not only confirms the quality of the products and our position as the market leader, but also motivates us to continue to improve our offer," says Rafał Ornowski, Management Board Representative for the Brand at ACTION S.A., the company that is the owner of the ActiveJet brand.

The surveys show that ActiveJet is the most recognisable brand on the market that offers good inks and toners of proven quality to most printers. The respondents associate the products not only with high quality and performance, but also with high availability due to their presence in many shops and points throughout the country.

The ActiveJet brand has won numerous awards in prestigious competitions, where it has been recognised for its high quality products. Among others, it was distinguished by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification (PCBC) with the title of the Quality of the Year in 2007, 2008, and 2009.

The popularity contest is organised by the editorial staff of “Strefa Gospodarki”, an independent, nationwide supplement distributed with “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”. This year, the works related to conducting the survey were entrusted to the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The survey was conducted on a sample of 9499 respondents; the quota and purposive sampling methods were used to select the sample. The sample design took into account the distribution of the Polish population according to age and gender as developed by the CSO in 2011.
