Once again the ActiveJet brand has become the winner of the largest quality-assessing competition in Poland organized by the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna journal in cooperation with Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A. [Polish Centre for Testing and Certification]. The prize was awarded in two categories: the Quality of the Year 2009 in the innovation category and the Gold Quality of the Year - a title given to products awarded with the Quality of the Year for three subsequent years.
"Award of the Quality of the Year title for the ActiveJet brand for the third time in a row proves that the strategy pursued with regard to systematic increase in quality of both products and services provided brings measurable results. Once again the jury of the competition appreciated the endeavors that we make in order to develop the brand. The fact that this is the right decision is confirmed by other ratings as well as by customers themselves as they are more and more frequently choosing our products, including POWER CHIP LED light bulbs awarded in the innovation category this year. These are wide-angle LED light bulbs with an enhanced stream of light. Owing to this, the new type of LEDs may be used even in rooms as the main lighting," says Rafał Ornowski, ActiveJet Brand Director.
The competition was composed of two stages. The first stage consisted in collection of questionnaires evaluating procedures responsible for efficient functioning of the enterprise. The questionnaires also verified the policy on quality and employees’ involvement as well as the level of satisfaction of customers, employees and the social environment. During the second stage, the jury made its final choice based on an analysis of the materials gathered. The basic criterion decisive for selecting the winner was a quality-promoting approach to company management.
Apart from the Quality of the Year, the ActiveJet Brand has also been awarded with other titles. In the last year alone the brand received the Customer’s Gold Laurels [Złoty Laur Klienta] and became the Leader of the Brand [Lider Marki]. This confirms the reputation and high quality of ActiveJet products.
