According to a survey published by the Papierniczy Swiat, a paper industry magazine, the popularity of ActiveJet consumables among users of printing and copying equipment directly follows genuine ones. The features buyers said they valued most in ActiveJet consumables included the quality of print, the accessibility of full product details, the technical support and the length of the warranty period.
The ranking shows that ActiveJet products and those supplied by original equipment manufacturers are the two groups of consumables that are most trusted by the consumers. Becoming a leader was a result of our strategy of focusing on constant improvement of product quality while ensuring it is competitively priced at all times, adds Rafal Ornowski, ActiveJet Brand Director.
The ranking published by Papierniczy Swiat was based on the results of an online survey carried out between 16 December 2009 and 15 January 2010, which gathered the participants' feedback on the criteria of most impact on their decisions on selection of consumables and on the brands of consumables they use most frequently.
