Extended to 5 years
On 5 December 2011 ACTION S.A., the manufacturer of ActiveJet consumables, has extended the warranty periods applicable to all printer consumables offered under that brand from three to as much as five years.
In order to address our customers' expectations we decided to extend the warranty period for inks, toners and other ActiveJet printer maintenance products. As one of the leading manufacturers of consumables on our market we would like our products to bring our customers more and more benefits. In my opinion the change of the warranty period from three to five years is the best proof for their quality and the resulting performance, which is just excellent, explained Rafal Ornowski, ActiveJet Brand Director at ACTION S.A.
The 5-year warranty applies to the following ActiveJet product categories: ink cartridges, refill kits, laser printer toner cartridges, ribbon cassettes and fax ink films.
