T-Mark awarded to ActiveJet and Actis products by TÜV Rheinland
ACTION S.A. obtained a prestigious certificate for its privately branded alternative consumables for PC printers and other printing and copying equipment. The certifying authority was TÜV Rheinland Polska, a certification and research leader on the Polish market and a member of the international TÜV Rheinland Group.
"The tough competition on the non-OEM consumables market makes constant quality assurance a key success factor. The T-mark we obtained ("T" for "Tested") is a confirmation given to our customers by an impartial body which certified our products for their best quality and safety that meet the applicable EU standards. It is particularly important in the context of the subjective and unfounded information and comparisons of performance and quality that spread on the market and can often be misleading to the consumer," says Rafał Ornowski, ActiveJet Brand Director at ACTION S.A.
The T-mark is awarded based on compliance with a number of international standards: ISO/IEC 19798:2007, ISO/IEC 19752:2004, ISO/IEC 24711 and ISO/IEC 24712. A number of ActiveJet and Actis ink and toner cartridges, both colour and black, have successfully been certified for end-to-end conformity with those requirements, which involved analysing a number of their parameters. One should note that only the reliable, efficient and truly 'green' consumables can complete the stringent international tests involved in the certification process. The T-mark licence has a five-year period of validity.
